Rules on Riding
1. Purpose: to strengthen the management of vehicles, guarantee the riding safety and maintain the legal rights and interests of passengers with cards.
2. Applicable scope: these rules are applicable to all personnel who taking Commuter bus and shuttle bus of the park.
3. Responsibility
3.1 Shanghai Zizhu High-Tech Park Management Co., Ltd. is responsible for the lease of Commuter bus and shuttle bus, the signing of contracts, the sale of tickets and management of cash, settlement of fees and other daily affairs.
3.2 The passengers should take the Commuter bus and shuttle bus as stipulated by these rules and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
4. The classification, purchasing time, place, procedures and utilization of tickets
4.1 The ticket is classified into two kinds, namely the card and the certificate. The card is used to take the Commuter bus and shuttle bus while the certificate can be used to take the shuttle bus of High-Tech Park.
4.2 Passengers can purchase cards or certificates for the current month (or the next month) in the canteen in Building 4, Zizhu Digital Hub with effective certificates from the employers on Mondays and Thurdays (from 11:30 to 13:00) (except statutory holidays).
4.3 Prices (the card and the certificate)
4.3.1 Price of the card: Subway Line 1, SouthLianhuanRoadSouthPlaza, 200 Yuan/People per month; Light Rail Dongchuan Road Station 80 Yuan/People per month;
4.3.2 Price of the certificate: Subway Line 1, South Lianhuan Road South Plaza, 5.00 Yuan/People each time; Light Rail Dongchuan Road Station 2：00 Yuan/People each time;
4.3.3 Passengers purchasing the card before the 15th day (including the 15th day) of the current month should pay the full amount of the ticket price; and those who purchase the card after the 15th day should pay half of the ticket price.
4.3.4 All sales of the card are final.
5. Notices that the passengers should know
5.1 Passengers should wait for the bus 5 minutes in advance according to the number of runs and the station. When getting on the bus, they should first show their cards and accept the driver’s inspection.
5.2 The card should only be used by the owner to take the designated regular bus. Passengers cannot take the bus with others’ cards.
5.3 Passengers should not bring large objects or objects that can dirty the seat easily with them.
5.4 Passengers should take care of the facilities in the bus. They should not dirty the seating or damage the seat, otherwise, they should compensate according to the cost.
5.5 Passengers should not make a racket, and should keep quiet in the bus. No smoking in the bus.
5.6 Drivers are prohibited to Hi-Tech Zone the bus and let passengers get off at stations not designated except for emergency.When getting off at the destiny station, passengers should be careful with surrounding situations. If passengers need to cross the road, they should cross it from the back of the bus to ensure safety.
5.7 Only the employees of the enterprises working in Zizhu Digital Hub can take the Commuter bus of High-Tech Park. The employees of the enterprises working outside Zizhu Digital Hub or external connection workers can take the shuttle bus of High-Tech Park.
5.8 When the Digital Hub employees or external connection workers who do not have Commuter bus cards get on the shuttle bus, they should first show their certificates, and those who do not have certificates can buy tickets with cash.
5.9 Those that have lost their cards can get belated cards from the ticket-selling offices with effective certificates from the employers and records on card purchasing. Those that do not have effective certificates or records on card purchasing shall be regarded as buying new cards and pay the ticket price according to stipulations.
5.10 Since the next day after getting the belated cards, the original cards lost shall be discarded. Drivers are entitled to reject the personnel with discarded cards to get on the bus.
6．Passengers who do not comply with these rules and cause disturbances intentionally shall be reported to their employers and we shall reserve the right to further call to account.
