The press release for Specialized forum about the decade development of China IC design industry & 2004 IC Annual Meeting is successfully held in Shanghai Everbright Convention and Exhibiton Center on Sept 2,2004. Mr. Liu Xun, the vice president of Zizhu Park, made a speech in the meeting on behalf of the annual meeting’s sponsor. He states the sponsorship and meanwhile introduced the Zizhu Park to the government officials, IC experts home and abroad and the press. 

'2004 is the tenth year of the development of our IC design industry. Since establish-ment, IC design commitee has experienced one decade. ' 2004 is the transitional year in which the scale of our ic design industry will amount to ten billion . Hereinafter , China IC design commitee will have a series of activities to review the past decade and negotiate another new development in future industry. The "Specialized forum about the decade dev-elopment of China IC design industry" will be hold in Dec. in Shanghai.China.
