The agreement will be beneficial to building a strategic cooperate alliance and enhancing the market competitiveness and influence of both sides. In the future, Zizhu will speed up development and build its own property of 1 million square meters, a supporting area of 1 million square meters and a commercial real estate of 1 million square meters. With development and innovation as the driving force of regional urbanization and economic development, Zizhu will strive to make new contributions to the structural transform and the leapfrog development of Shanghai. This will also be a sound foundation for the strategic vision of building an "internationally advanced" Hi-tech Zone.
