Shanghai Radio, Film and Television Production Industry Association held a ceremony to move its office to the new location in Building 3 of China (Shanghai) Network Audiovisual Industry Base on the afternoon of October 26, 2022. The office officially settled in the base to carry out public services for film and television enterprises in the city. Hu Minghua, the member of the Standing Committee of CPC Minhang District Committee and the director of the Publicity Department, Tang Tianyuan, the vice chairman of the Radio, Television and Network Audiovisual Operation and Maintenance Committee of China Radio and Television Federation and other leaders of relevant departments, as well as the representatives of film and television enterprises, colleges and universities, financial and legal institutions in the city attended the ceremony.

Shanghai Radio, Film and Television Production Industry Association and China (Shanghai) Network Audiovisual Industry Base signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement at the ceremony. Director Hu Minghua delivered a speech, hoping that the industry association continues to play the functions of a 5A-level social organization, wholeheartedly create a good service environment for the development of Shanghai film and television industry. At the same time, taking China (Shanghai) Network Audiovisual Industry Base as the carrier, the association should carry out various activities in enterprise investment, public services, talent training, and joint construction of the party and the masses. The business environment should be further optimized to help attract film and television enterprises and promote the landing of high-quality projects and better promote the prosperity and development of the online audiovisual industry.

Founded in 2013, Shanghai Radio, Film and Television Production Industry Association is one of the "only two" 5A-level social groups in the city's publicity system, with more than 1,800 member units. China (Shanghai) Network Audiovisual Industry Base serves as the vice president unit of the association.

The relocation of the new site of the association is not only a change of office space. Shanghai Film and Television Production Service Organization and Shanghai Copyright Service Center have also moved to the audiovisual base, which will greatly improve the service level of the audiovisual base for film and television enterprises. The association has opened a service hall in the office space, and set up a variety of service windows, including film and television production application, copyright dispute mediation center, financial and legal consultation and investment promotion etc. the association will carry out refined services for film and television enterprises in Shanghai and even the entire Yangtze River Delta, which will greatly enhance the reputation of the audiovisual base in film and television enterprises and bring investment opportunities.
