The inauguration Ceremony of Shanghai Brand Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Zizhu High-Tech Park) Base and Zizhu Working Station of China (Shanghai) IPR Protection Assistance Center was held at the Headquarters of Zizhu High-Tech Park on the afternoon of January 20, 2021.  Rui Wenbiao, the Party Secretary and Director of Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau, Wu Bin, the Standing Commissioner of CPC Minhang District Committee and the deputy governor, Zhang Yongzhong, the Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau, Feng Xiao, the Party Secretary and Director of Minhang Market Supervision Administration, Kong Yuanzhong, the section chief of the Development and Promotion Department of Shanghai Municipal Intellectual Property Bureau, Yin Bing, the second-level researcher of Minhang Market Supervision Administration,  Luo Shanying, the vice general manager of Zizhu High-Tech Park and Li Min, the legal director of Zizhu Investment Service Center and other leaders attended the meeting.  

Director Rui Wenbiao said in his speech that the enterprises and the parks are the main engines to promote innovation and development and the main force to promote the development of intellectual property cause. He hopes that all parties concerned work together to carry out IPR work throughout the whole process of innovation, development and reform to continuously build the intellectual property ecological system beneficial to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Luo Shanying, the vice general manager of Zizhu High-Tech Park, shared the intellectual property rights work experience and introduced the development of Zizhu High-Tech Park, saying that Zizhu High-Tech Park had always put great emphasis on IPR work. Zizhu had established the "platinum service system" of intellectual property right work with intellectual property rights trust as the core and carried out the work throughout all the stages of enterprise growth.  At the same time, Zizhu had carried out in-depth exploration in IPR investment and financing, IRP diligence research and other aspects.

Zizhu High-Tech Park commended six advanced units and six advanced individuals including PNC and Zhong Conghao etc. Governor Wu Bin and director Feng Xiao presented medals and certificates to the winning enterprises and individuals.  

The signing ceremony of Anxin Agricultural Insurance - Zizhu Hight-Tech Park was also held at the meeting, during which vice general manager Luo Shanying and Yu Jianyong, the general manager of Anxin Agricultural Insurance Minhang Branch signed the IPR Insurance Framework Cooperation Agreement.
