Sponsored and organized by Shanghai Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park and other two companies, the Top-Level Forum for the 10th Anniversary of the Development in Chinese IC Design Industry and the ‘2004 Annual Conference’ for Chinese Semi-conductor Industry Association IC Design Branch, is held in Shanghai Worldfield Convention Hotel on December 8 and 9 , 2004. The conference shows the great achievement the IC Design industry has achieved in the past ten years, and symbolizes the prosperity and creativity of China’s IC Design Industry.
