On Jan. 29, the first working day after the Spring Festival Vacation, Zizhu Park signed an agreement with Japanese Toray Fibers & Textiles Research Laboratories (China) Co., Ltd. (TFRC) to mark its first success in the Monkey Year.

As a world famous group enterprise, Toray has its longterm & comprehensive plan in China. This time, Toray sets up its macromolecular film and Nano material R&D Center, which is the symbol of Zizhu’s stride to new material area. Meanwhile, “National Nano Tech & Appliance Engineering Research Center” inside Zizhu is approved by National Development & Reformation Committee, Which integrates Nano tech research ability in Shanghai. It is foreseen that this national Nano research center, together with many national & oversea hi-tech enterprises, will set up an international top-ranking platform for nano tech research and communication. Thus, there is a big promotion for our national nano tech industrialization.

Toray also hopes the setting up of the R&D center can help its Asian Business, and be a good matting for the investment in the future. It is reported that Toray is preparing for building office building, and will move into Zizhu in state by the end of this August.
