In the afternoon of May 26, 2005, a delegation of 40 members from Jingan District, led by Mr. Chen Zhenghong, the secretary of Jingan Communist Party, Mr. Jiang Yaxin, the vice secretary of Jingan Communist Party and the governor of Jingan District, Mr. Jiang Yaozhong, the director of Standing Committee of Jingan District People’s Congress, Mr. Shi Yaoxin, the director of Jingan Political Consultancy Committee, including other leaders from Jingan District visit Zizhu Park. Mr. Huang Furong, the secretary of Minhang Communist Party and director of standing committee of Minhang District People’s congress, Mr. Chen Jing the vice secretary of Minhang Communist Party, Ms. Luo Yunfang the director of Minhang Political Consultancy Committee, and other leaders including Qiao Zhengyu, Li Yun, Zhang Jiancheng, Ye Huicong, Cheng Xiangming, and Mr. Shen Wen, the chairman of the board of directors and general manager, Mr. Xia Guang, the executive deputy general manager and Mr. Chen Yong, the deputy general manager accompany the delegation.

Mr. Huang Furong introduces to the guests the module of Zizhu Science-based Industrial Party, which is based on a private company with support from government and resources of the universities. He also explains how Zizhu and the district government work together to provide funds support and land resource for the construction of the universities campus, and how the high-tech park develops a chain of study, research and manufacture.

Mr. Shen Wen, the chairman makes a brief introduction of the construction work and marketing activities of Zizhu’s important projects. Mr. Shen said that Zizhu is going to take the opportunity to improve the marketing of the park. We will speed up the construction and make sure the whole phase will be completed.

After the speeches of Mr. Huang and Mr. Shen, the visitors watched the introduction video of the park and have a tour to Zizhu Digital Hub and Riverside Boulevard. They are very impressed by the Park’s principle of “ higher starting point, higher quality construction”, the great efforts Zizhu has taken, and the wonderful achievement Zizhu has made.
