Shanghai Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park Enterprises Association was established on 18 October 2006. Vice General Manager Mr. Chen Yong, Mr. Luo ShanYing of the Park and over 50 representatives from more than 30 home and abroad famous R&D institutions which include Microsoft, Intel, National Nano Technology and Application Research Center, National Tissue Engineering Research and Development Center, National Veterinary R&D Center attended the meeting. 

Being entrusted by Executive Vice General Manager Mr. Xia Guang of the park, Mr. Luo ShanYing opened the meeting with a speech. Dr. Wu Yue who comes from Omron (China) spoke as the representative of the enterprises. He put forward of the feeling for the service of the park from the enterprises angle and expressed that the Zizhu Enterprises Association will be a family of the enterprise in the park. He said that the enterprises will go all out to cooperate with the development of the park. The list of council of Zizhu Enterprises Association was announced during the meeting, Executive Vice General Manager of the park, Mr. Xia Guang acts as Chairman of the council of the association, General Manager of Intel Asia and Pacific Research and Development Co., Ltd., Mr. Boon-lock Yeo as Vice Chairman, Omron, Hinge Softwafe, Tissue Engineering R&D Center, Toray, China National Aeronautical Radio Electronics Research Institute as councilmen. The Standing Body is Secretariat and the association has four branches: the Tax and Finance, the Information and Technology, the Administration and Logistics supporting, the Personnel and Social Security.

Shanghai Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park Enterprises Association, a public window and an exchange platform with enterprises, undertakes on important task to coordinate relationships each other. In accordance with the demands of the park’s development and specific circumstances of the enterprises, as a bridge and nexus, the association will integrate resources for the enterprises in order to provide various policy information, business consultancy and talents service, reflect wishes and requests of the enterprises, support legal rights of the enterprises and play an important role in connection between the park and the enterprises in the park. Meanwhile, the association will also timely organize various kinds of culture and sport activities so as to make an important contribution for forming the unique humanistic environment and resultant force of the park.
