Mr. Shen almost takes the member of the National Committee of CPPCC as his second profession by collecting public opinion and costing 3 or 4 months to prepare one proposal.

For the last few years, Mr. Shen has found a sharp challenge of youth employment. He said, “youth unemployment is related with not only youth own benefits, survival and development, but also harmoniousness and stabilization of the whole society”. For that case, since October of last year, Mr. Shen has been doing research and trying to understand the situation of youth employment more.

Based on a 4-month research, Mr. Shen put forward “Proposal of tackling the problem of youth employment and ensuring the social harmoniousness”, suggesting to support the development of medium and small size companies more, start innovation education, foster specialists based on the market demands and lead the trends of specialists transfer.

Mr. Shen said all proposals he made have been paid a lot of attentions or accepted by concerned bureaus in recent years. “Reflecting real public opinion and contributing true thoughts is the responsibility of a member of National Committee of CPPCC.”
