In the afternoon of May 29, Zizhu held the cycling competition of Shanghai Planning System. The beautiful park is full of joy, happiness and sporty atmosphere. The vice district governor Mr. Zhang Guilong, Mr. Zhong Dehao, the vice secretary of Shanghai Municipal Planning Bureau make speeches in the opening ceremony. Mr. Tang Zhiping, the vice director of Shanghai Municipal Planning Bureau announces the start of the competition.

55 players from the planning system attend the competition, which include all the leaders of the municipal planning bureau. According to the principle of justice and fairness, the competition is divided into three age groups of 30, 40 and 50. After a fierce racing, 6 players in the 30’s group, 3 players in the 40’s group and 3 players in the 50’s group win out and become the champions.
