Mr. Yungeng Liu, deputy director and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group for Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress, Mr. Jinping Liu, deputy director of Shanghai Foreign Investment Committee, Mr. Jing Chen, chief executive of Minhang District, Mr. Xiaoqing Cai, vice chief executive of Minhang District, Mr. Shimin Zhang, Vice President of Jiao Tong University, Dr. Sanjay Mehrotra, President and COO from SanDisk, Mr. Wen Shen, President and GM of Zizhu Park, and Mr. Guang Xia, Executive VP of Zizhu Park attended the ceremony.
