On the morning of December 5, the opening ceremony of Zizhu Purple Bay Project was grandly held at the reception Hall of Zizhu Purple Bay. Nearly 300 people, including representatives from enterprises in Zizhu Park and Universities, Zijiang Group and its affiliated share-controlling companies and Zijiang real estate companies, attended the grand ceremony.

The ceremony began at 10:28 am. Wen Shen, Zijiang Group board director and president, the president and general manager of Shanghai Zizhu Science Park, Feng Guo, general manager of Zijiang Enterprise Co., Ltd, Yu Li, executive vice president of Zijiang Group, Bing Hu, Vice-President of Administration of Zijiang Group, Shenghao Peng, managing director of Shanghai Zizhu Purple Bay Real Estate Co., Ltd, Zhen Shen, general manager of Shanghai Zitai Hotel Management Co., Ltd., Bin Yi, vice general manager of Shanghai Zizhu Purple Bay Real Estate Co., Ltd and Guofu Zhang, vice general manager witnessed the historic moment along with other guests.

Bin Yi expressed his acknowledgement to the guests and then briefed on the project. Faquan Sun, Vice President of Zizhu Chamber of Commerce, extended his congratulations on and concerns for the Project on behalf of the enterprises in Zizhu Park. Subsequently, Mr. Wen Shen and other leaders cut the ribbon to officially launch Zizhu Purple Bay Project.

After the ceremony, the guests visited the show house, demonstration area, the digital sand table and watched the multimedia presentation. They were so interested in the project that some subscribed for apartments on the spot.

Covering about 3.24 square kilometers and with a total building area of over 1,000,000 square meters, Zizhu Purple Bay includes high-rise apartments, multi-storey garden houses, villas and other types of products. A five-star hotel, several high-grade clubs and specialty business are planned in the community. The supporting area of 800 Mu (equivalent to 533,600 square meters) will provide medical, education, leisure, catering, entertainment facilities. The first phase covers an area of about 230,000 square meters including high-rise apartments, multi-storey garden houses, lakeside houses etc. The initiating zone of Phase One amounting to a total construction area of about 80,000 square meters are decorated apartments and multi-storey garden houses.

The opening of Zizhu Purple Bay marks a new starting point in Zizhu Park development. With a planning idea of "Ecology, low-carbon, technology, humanity", the international community will definitely create a harmonious living environment and an ideal living space for people.
