The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework ag-reement between Zizhu National Hi-tech Park and Shimao Group was held at Courtyard Hotel on October 30, 2018.

Chen Heng, vice general manager of Zizhu Hi-tech Park, introduced the construction and development in the past 16 years. As the only Hi-tech Park operated by a private company in state-level Hi-tech zones and guided by the "platinum industry service provider", Zizhu Hi-tech Park gives full play to the mechanism and system advantages of the mixed ownership, adheres to the development concept of "ecology, humanity, technology", relies on the the resources of Shanghai Jiaotong University and East China Normal University, continuously explores the development methods in accordance with its own characteristics and strives to build the highland of talents and industry. As the important area in building Shanghai Innovation Center, Zizhu Hi-tech Park ranks 14th in the 168 state-level Hi-tech Parks. It was selected as one of the landmark cases of the 40th anniversary of Shanghai's reform and opening-up policy.

Subsequently, Shimao Group, Sun Yan, the assistant president of Shimao Group, shared the development process and achievements of Shimao Group in the past 30 years. As a world-class comprehensive investment group, Shimao Group is engaged in ecological re-sidence, business investment and operation, property management, diversified tourism hotels, massive health and aged service, theme parks and other fields. It has two listed companies including Shimao Property and Shimao Shares and nearly 220 large projects in more than 50 cities across China.

Witnessed by Xu Shitan, vice chairman of the board of directors of Shiao Group, assistant president Sun Yan, marketing director Chen Lan and Shen Wen, board chairman and general manager of Zizhu Hi-tech Park, vice general manager Luo Shanying, Chen Heng and Lu Weiwu, vice president of Shimao Group Ye Mingjie and executive vice general manager of Zizhu Hi-tech Park Xia Guang signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement between Zizhu National Hi-tech Park and Shimao Group.

The signing of the agreement is the beginning of the long-term strategic cooperative relations after friendly consultations and in-depth discussions. According to the agreement, the two sides will integrate advantageous resources in capital, management, technology and cooperate in project settlement, business and capital on the basis of mutual benefit. The mechanism of cooperation and communication will be set up. The two sides will provide high quality products and service to the society through innovating business development model for mutual benefit. Zizhu Hi-tech Park will provide necessary support for the registration of enterprises, follow-up services and policy support.

The signing ceremony was pre-sided over by vice general manager Luo Shanying. The relevant persons from Shimao Property, Zizhu Hi-tech Park, Zitai Property and Purplebay Company attended the ceremony.

The leaders of Shimao Group visited Zizhu Exhibition Center to feel the rapid development before the signing of the agreement.
