In the afternoon of Nov. 18, 2005, a delegation from the Communist Party and Government of QuZhou City of Zhejiang province, led by Quzhou Party SEC of Zhejiang Province, Mr. Li Zhihai, Mayor of QuZhou, Mr. Sun Jianguo, Director of the Standing Committee of QuZhou City People’s Congress, Mr.Huang Huirong and President of Quzhou PPCC, Mr. Zhen Zhanglin visited Zizhu Park. Vice Governor of Minhang District, Mr. Zhang Wenyue, Vice General Manager of the park, Mr. Chen Yong and other leaders introduced the visitors the development of the park and accompanied them to having a tour to Zizhu Riverside Boulevard.
The visitors highly appraised the achievements resulted from excellent ecological and investing environments and from building Zizhu as a new high-tech township with a high standard plan.
