China Commercial Aircraft Customer Service Center Holds Second Phase Groundbreaking Ceremony

On May 11, groundbreaking ceremony of China Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd. Customer Service Center Phase II was held in Zizhu Park. Zhuanglong Jin, general manager of the company, GuiYu Xiao, Deputy Secretary-General of Shanghai Municipal Government, and Qinghong Xu, director of the company customer service jointly pressed the construction buttons. The project will provide effective infrastructure guaranteeing conditions for further improving customer service system of the new regional aircraft, and establishing customer service system of large passenger aircraft. 

The total construction area of Second Phase covers about 70,000 square meters, of which customer support center takes 39,385 square meters, and technology exchange center 30,615 square meters. Construction will be completed early in 2012. Currently, the project has been listed in major projects of Shanghai 2010.

Also present at the ceremony were Jian Wu, chief engineer of East China's Civil Aviation Authority, Jianzhong Shi, deputy general manager of China Commercial Aircraft Company, Min Tian, chief accountant, Ronghuai Luo, vice president, Jing Ma, chief engineer of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Ronghua Xu, director of Shanghai Major projects Office, Xiangmin Cheng, vice warden of Minhang District, Wen Shen, chairman and general manager of Zizhu Park, and Dawei Lian, general manager of China Aviation Planning and Construction Development Co., Ltd., etc. The delegates from Shanghai Municipal Government, Minhang District Government, Shanghai Office of China Civil Aviation and construction-related units were also invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony.
