On October 7, 2008, Shanghai Aircraft Customer Service Co., Ltd of China Commercial Aircraft, China's first big passenger aircraft and feeder line aircraft customer service-focused high-tech aviation enterprise, was officially inaugurated in Shanghai Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park. With a registered capital of RMB 100,000,000，the company was invested by China Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd. The establishment of the company signifies the initial formation of "headquarter plus R&D, manufacturing and customer service". It will significantly accelerate the commercialization, industrialization and serialization of China's big passenger aircraft and feeder line aircraft industry and promote the development of China’s civil aircraft industrial chain.
Shanghai aircraft customer service Co., Ltd provides such services to domestic and foreign big aircraft and feeder line aircraft customers as aircraft maintenance and repair, pilot training, lease and repair of aviation supplies and equipment, air transport service, technology counseling and labor cooperation.
At the opening ceremony, Zhuanglong Jin, managing director of China Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd, pointed out that as one of the “three centers”, namely R&D center, manufacturing center and customer service center, Shanghai aircraft customer service Co., Ltd is an indispensable part of the five core competences-aircraft R&D, assembly, marketing, customer service and airworthiness certificate verification. It will play an active role in China Commercial Aircraft’s plan to build a first-rate aviation town in Shanghai.
Baojun Ai, vice mayor of Shanghai, Wei Li, vice director of equipment industry division of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Hongying, Zhang, director of airworthiness verification division of Civil Aviation Administration respectively delivered speeches at the ceremony. Ai promised that Shanghai will consistently support the development of China Commercial Aircraft by providing fast track for the R&D of big passenger aircraft and new feeder line aircraft and support the development of China’s civil aircraft industry by creating a sound environment.
