ZSP made more progress in construction on October. The main roads (No.1 , 2 and 4 Rd.) to be open by the end of this year were partly finished. The riverways and sewage pipes under No. 1 and 2 Rd. (Dan Shui River – Lian Hua Rd.) were completed. The roadbeds of No.4 Rd. achieved initially. Meanwhile, Jiangchuan River was dredged to over 300 meters deep.
ZSP signed with East Architecture Institute and delivered the related design information to the institute. And ZSP also signed the cooperation contract with Urbis Company (Australia) on the scenery planning.
Moreover, ZSP devoted large quantity of human resource and material resource in infrastructure and land smoothing. The residence houses to the west of Dan Shui River are all pulled down by the end of October, and the land expropriation of Lian Hua Rd. and Jiang Chuan Rd. were accomplished.
