At the meeting of “Promotion of China Youth Employment and Innovation•YBC Project ” hold by the Youth Employment Department of the Communist Youth League, Zizhu VC introduced the current situation and experience how Zizhu Park promoted the youth innovation, which gained wide acceptance by the National Office and local offices of YBC and other local organization who managed to set up YBC offices. 

Since YBC-Shanghai Zizhu Innovation Center was set up in 2006, Zizhu VC kept working on all issues related to YBC Zizhu Base. It took Zizhu VC over half a year to complete all sorts of working procedures, including strategy, project-preview system, YBC Base-review system, tutor system, project examination, supervision and monitoring system, and procedure monitoring system, etc. Zizhu VC helped the establishment of YBC Zizhu Base and Innovation Center through a lot of promotion, project filtration and judge, tutor recruitment and integrated corporation. It also promoted the creation and innovation in Zizhu Science Park continuously and tried to make Zizhu Park a strong brand in Shanghai and Yangtze River delta, even in nationwide, in terms of innovation.
