The vice secretary of Municipal Committee of CPC and Mayor Han Zheng, the member of Municipal Committee of CPC and Vice Mayor Zhou Yupeng, and Vice Mayor Yan Junqi came to Zizhu Scientific Park and promoted the municipal economy and society on a scientific development track. Mayor Han Zheng said the central government had a high expectation towards Shanghai’s ability of self-innovation. He also said we should carry out the opening policy and the full implementation of the scientific view of development and the promotion of municipal economy and society on a scientific development track like what General-Secretary of Communist Party Hu Jintao requested when he visited Shanghai recently.
