On the afternoon of 22 Septermber, 2007,one delegation headed by Mr. Hongzhu Zhao,ZiJiang Provicial Party Secretary, Mr. Zushan Lu, ZiJiang Provicial Party Vice Secretary and Governor visited Zizhu Science-Based Industrial Park, accompanied by Mr. Jinping Xi,Shanghai Party Secretary, Mr. Zheng Han, Shanghai Party Vice Secrertary and Mayor, Mr. Xueping Gong, Director of Standing Committee of Shanghai People's Congress, and Mr. Yiren Jiang, Chairman of Shanghai Municipal Committee of Chinese Political Consultative Conference.

Mr. Jing Chen, chief executive of Minhang District and Mr. Wen Shen, President and GM of Zizhu Park dwelled on the creative mode of adhering to Quaternity and Interaction of Three Sections, and the successful experience of independent innovation as well.
