In the morning of April 20, 2005, Mr. Wan Bentai, the director of Nature and Ecology Section of National Environment Protection Bureau, visit Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park. Being accompanied by Mr. Chen Jing, the governor of Minhang District and some other officials from Minhang district government, and Mr. Lu Weiwu, the Construction and Engineering Director, the delegation inspects the ecological construction of Zizhu.

After the inspection of greenbelt, water network and Riverside Boulevard of Zizhu Park, Mr. Wan speaks highly of the great achievements Zizhu has obtained in the construction of Riverside Boulevard and other ecological projects. Mr. Wan says that it is not easy for a science park, which is mainly invested by a private company, to develop the areas along Huangpu Rivers. It is even harder to combine the construction work with the ecological and sightseeing functions as a comprehensive project.
