In the afternoon of March 31st 2005, Mr. Mao Jialiang, the chief of Shanghai Municipal Planning Bureau, Mr. Chen Jing, the governor of Minhang District, Mr. Zhang Guilong, the vice governor of Minhang District visit Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park. Mr. Shen Wen, the chair of board and General Manager firstly presents the sincere gratitude for the leaders’ visit and the support Zizhu has enjoyed from the planning authority; secondly, Mr. Shen makes a detailed introduction on the achievement the park has obtained in planning, construction, marketing and investment attraction; finally, Mr. Shen express the resolution that Zizhu will follow the guideline and detailed practice code of planning authority strictly to develop Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park into a top level, new high-tech park.

After viewing the introduction video and a tour to Zizhu Greenbelt along the riverside, Mr. Mao and the group member are impressed by the park’s achievement. The principle of “ Planning from a higher starting point and build in developed way” is highly appreciated by the leaders who believe this principle will lead the park into success. Mr. Mao says that Municipal Planning Bureau will pay close attention to Zizhu’s development and provide continuous support.

Mr. Chen Jing, the governor and other leaders also make positive comment on the high standard construction work and other achievements. They promise that new government of Minhang district will support Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park as before to enable smooth development of the park.

Other leaders from Municipal Planning Bureau, Minhang District Government and Mr. Chen Yong, the deputy general manager are at present during the visit.
