In the morning of June 18, 2005, the secretary general of Zhabei District Communist Party Yao Haitong, the district governor, Yin Hong, the director of the standing committee of district people’s congress Liu Bing, and the chair of district political consultation committee Zhang Lili and other members of Zhabei Central Team visit Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park. Huang Furong, the secretary general of Minhang District Communist Party and director of the standing committee, the district governor Chen Jing, the chair of district political consultation committee Luo Yunfang, other leaders from the district government, the general manager and board chairman Shen Wen, vice general managers Chen Yong and Xia Guang accompany the delegation. 

After listening to Chen Yong’s work report, watching the introduction video, and a tour to Zizhu Digital Hub and Riverside Boulevard, the leaders speak highly of Zizhu’s principles of sticking to the high-tech industries, attracting the high-tech research and development centers, building the park for both sightseeing and flood protection functions.
