In the morning of Feb. 23, Mr. Gong Xueping, Director of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress (SMPC), leading the delegation of SMPC (consisted by Vice Director, Mr. Zhou Muyao, Mr. Zhang Shengkun, Mr. Hu Wei, Mr.Wang Peisheng and Secretary-general of SMPC, Mr. Sun Yungeng), visited Shanghai Zizhu Science Park, under the guide of Secretary of Minhang District Committee and Director of District MPC, Mr. Huang Furong, District Governor, Mr. Wang Hongquan, and Board Chairman of Zizhu, Mr. Shen Wen. 

At first, the visitors watched short Introduction VCD of Zizhu to get a detailed concept of Zizhu’s design and short & long-term plan. Then, the delegation visited Zizhu Digital Hub (the Science Square) and R&D Base, and they praised highly Zizhu’s construction achievements in such a short period of a year and half. On the sample section of Zizhu’s Scenic Ring, the sparkling Huangpu River, flourishing trees and wandering paths, attracted the SMPC delegation. They stopped several times to view and showed strong interests in Zizhu Park’s ecological arrangement. They hope Zizhu can keep its advantages on ecology and build itself a hi-tech park with both ecology and humanity.
