On Sep. 16 2006, a splendid ceremony of ground breaking for Denkei R&D Center (Shanghai) was hold in Zizhu Park. President of Nihon Denkei Co., Ltd Mr. Negishi and Vice President of Zizhu Science-based Park Mr. Chen, etc. attended the ceremony.

Nihon Denkei Co., Ltd. is a high-tech company, providing various products and services, including electronics test & measuring instruments, communication test equipments, industrial measuring equipments, automation testing system, etc. It is also a professional agent company and the biggest vender for electronics test & measuring instruments, with more than 50 years history, selling more than 3000 brands of high-tech test & measuring instruments, automation testing system and environmental testing equipments.

The registered capital of the R&D Center is USD 3 million while total investment is USD 6 million. Nihon Denkei is also considering setting up another company in China, with registered capital USD 3 million around. It is estimated that the annual turnover will reach RMB 400 million.
