The franchise contract signing ceremony of Shanghai Zizhu Courtyard Hotel was held at Zizhu Conference Center on the morning of June 25, 2015. Lin Cong, senior vice president of hotel business development of Marriott China, vice president Yu Guogang, Wang Nan, assistant general legal counsel, Zhang Ansheng, vice president of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Guo Weilu, vice president of East China Normal University, Shen Wen, board chairman general manager of Zizhu National Hi-tech Zone and the leaders of departments and subsidiaries attended the ceremony. Party secretary and vice general manager Luo Shanying presided over the ceremony.

On behalf of the franchisor and franchisee, Lin and Xia signed the franchise contract. As the franchisor, Marriott Hotel allows Shanghai Zizhu Digital Creativity Co., Ltd. to build Shanghai Zizhu Courtyard Hote, which will be managed by Shanghai Zitai Hotel Management Co., Ltd.

Board chairman Shen said that it was of great significance to sign the cooperation contract at the 13rd anniversary of Zizhu. Zizhu has been devoted to being a platinum service provider. Based on the cooperation between Marriott and Zizhu, Shanghai Zizhu Courtyard Hotel will provide the business travelers with world class experiences. He said that Zizhu would make more efforts to provide better facilities, beautiful environment, convenient traffic and better services to the enterprises and working staffs in Zizhu.
