The Institute of Cultural Creativity School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University - the University of Southern California Settles down in Zizhu International Education Park

The Institute of Cultural Creativity School of Shanghai Jiaotong Univer-sity - the University of Southern Califo-rnia celebrated its 2nd anniversary and settled down in Zizhu International Education Park on March 18, 2017. More than 200 teachers and students and the representatives from all walks of life witnessed this exciting moment.

Jointly founded by Shanghai Ji-aotong University and the University of Southern California in 2015, the school was co-constructed by Shang-hai Jiaotong University, Minhang distri-ct people's government and Zizhu Hi-tech Zone.

The school has recruited interna-tional double master of cultural crea-tivity industry management for two years. The school settled down in bu-ilding A7 and A8 and shared the pu-blic campus facilities and supporting services with other colleges and univ-ersities.

The “2017 international sympo-sium on internet audio-visual industry and media management” launched the biennial celebration. The professors from the school of media and news of the University of Southern California, the institute of cultural creativity of Shanghai Jiaotong University and the school of media and design of Shang-hai Jiaotong University shared the res-earch results of the 8 international pro-jects.

The projects release and opening ceremony was held in the afternoon. The projects include ICCI boss town, China-Denmark innovative design co-mpetition, Shanghai Jiaotong Unive-rsity-Shendi fantasy engineering labor-atory, the ICCI-XBOX laboratory, the Great Orange School, Suzhou joint research center of future movies, the 2nd Shanghai college students' cult-ural creativity contest and the opening of the cultural creativity teaching build-ing etc.

Initiated by Minhang district peo-ple's government and co-invested by Minhang district people's government and Shanghai Zizhu Hi-tech Zone, Zizhu International Education Park aims at introducing world-class univ-ersities and offers higher degree edu-cation and strives hard to build the higher education highland with global influence and the demonstration area of the integration of production, study and research. It is an innovative high education park with first-class majors of international universities and Sino-foreign cooperative run schools.
