On November 16, 2010, at the eighth China Aerospace Exhibition held in Zhuhai, six companies from China aircraft industry, Shanghai and Shandong, namely, China National Aviation Avionics Co., Ltd., Shanghai Electronics Development Holding (Group) Company, Shanghai Guosheng (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zi Jiang Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Shanghai Min Hang Investment Construction Co., Ltd., and Yantai Lantian Investment Holdings Limited, held the contract signing ceremony of co-founded aviation electronics Industry in Zhuhai. This is another significant result achieved after the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement by the six-party investment in the development of civil aircraft avionics industry on July 12, 2010 in Shanghai, marking that the strategy cooperation among the aircraft-related enterprises in Shanghai and Shandong has entered a new stage.

Xinguo Zhang, Deputy General Manager of China Aviation Industry Corporation, Jianzhong Shi, Deputy General Manager of China Commercial Aircraft Co., Ltd., Jing Ma, Chief Engineer of Shanghai Economic and Information Technology Commission, Xiangmin Cheng, Deputy Warden of Minhang District, Guohua Cai, Deputy Mayor of Yantai City, the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Sir Roger, vice president of Civil Aircraft Project of General Electric Aviation, witnessed the signing ceremony. Guang Xia, Executive Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Zizhu Science Park, commissioned by Zijiang Ventures Capital, participated in the ceremony. More representatives are from Shanghai, Yantai, China Commercial Aircraft, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, avionics companies and their member enterprises.
