“Zizhu ET-Shanghai Jiao Tong University Aviation Industry Technology Summit and the First Seminar on System Safety in the Development of Civil Aircraft and Systems", jointly sponsored by the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai Zizhu Business Incubator and Shanghai Hangduo Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., was held on August 31, 2019. This seminar is another grand technical event for the aviation industry after the opening ceremony of Zizhu ET and the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Aerospace Industry Joint Innovation Center. It attracted 115 experts and scholars from 35 enterprises (departments) and institutions of higher learning, including the administrative departments, research institutes and universities.

Professor Xiao Gang, deputy dean and doctoral tutor of the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, delivered the welcome speech at them meeting. Subsequently, the seminar was conducted under the chairmanship of Dr. Zhu Liang, the general manager of Shanghai Hangduo Aviation technology Co., Ltd with the theme of "the system safety issues in the development of civil aircraft and systems". John Dalton, the former chairman of the SAE S18 committee and Gradimir Radovanovic, the president of AESI, made live presentations on standards evolution, compliance considerations and best practices and brainstormed with the technical experts in domestic aviation industry. More in-depth discussions were carried out in the group discussion session of "system security issues in the development of civil aircraft". The seminar provided thelearning and exchange opportunity to improve China's civil aviation research and development capabilities.

As an important incubator carrier for military and civilian integration, Zizhu ET Space has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Avic 615 Institute and the 8th Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation to pool industrial resources for military and civilian integration start-ups. Zizhu ET Space reached a strategic partnership with the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics of Shanghai Jiaotong University to further expand the joint incubation front of civil-military integration industries, which has brought abundant college resources to civil-military integration enterprises and improved the level of industry-university-research service.
