On February 21, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television issued a document agreeing to the Co-construction of "China (Shanghai) network audio-visual industry base” by Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture，Radio，Film and Television and Shanghai Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park. 

The base will explore new business, operating models and related technologies of audio-visual industry and support the growth of network audio-visual enterprises in their program production, trade, broadcast and operations through providing preferential policies in tax rebate, network infrastructures, special funds, human resources and living facilities etc.
